In related industry news, Next Gen Network Solutions provider Global Convergence (News - Alert) Solutions (GCS) recently unveiled the GCS (News - Alert) Dynamic Capacity Management, a release that equips carriers with a capability that gives them control over the yield they realize across their network.
“With the GCS Dynamic Capacity Management capability, carriers can now begin ‘shaping’ the load on their network in a way that optimizes call completion which means their network yield increases,” GCS’s Chief Marketing Officer Mark Delaney told TMCnet. “What makes this super compelling is that we have done this in a way that maximizes margin. We are leveraging sophisticated capabilities and algorithms to allow carriers to maximize the margin they realize on their network by shaping the origination demand or load on their network.”
